japanese m/korean f. they talked almost every day, made an effort to see each other often, and actively tried to understand each other. for the first time i could actually see a future with one of my muses. realistically i know it'd probably never happen irl but i enjoyed their relationship too much to care.

i miss the line in general but i think they reached a point where they were like a married old couple. also, the mun just kind of disappeared. if this sounds at all familiar, i hope you're doing well out there! thank you for being half of my favorite line. 💜

what i've never really gotten used to in the scenes that span over days or even weeks is that your mood changes throughout, so maybe once you reply with a more reflective or serious tone and the scene changes from what you originally meant it to be. like, it happens that days later i regret a tag i sent because a little drop of a different atmosphere turned into an ocean.

i don't know where i wanted to go with this... i just probably felt like venting because recently a really good scene turned sad because my muse got a little disheartened in one tag (probably because i had a long day) and i tried to fix it later little by little, but the mood kept growing sadder through the other muse, to the point that the scene strayed into a really melancholic territory that made it uncomfortable to me and now i find it difficult to reply...

tl;dr, how do you deal with your moods when writing an ongoing scene? you'd rather wait a day longer to be sure you don't risk changing the atmosphere, or you don't worry too much about it?

i only do psls now, so this isn't a concern anymore, but i dealt with that back on lj. the muse who tried to initiate the poly relationship was just being played by a mun who had eyes bigger than their stomach. the muse cheated so many times, even once they got their poly relationship. i wouldn't trust anyone in this hobby to play a true, functioning poly relationship.
