personally i think you could bring it up in a more vague way, asking them for feedback on your muse and/or suggestions on how they think you could develop your muse's voice. that could help understanding how they see you in the family. personally, i've gone through what you're experiencing as well, in one case because members wanted to get in each other's pants and my muse wasn't interested, so they started putting him in a corner, and another time because, as the anon above said before, some muns already knew each other so they preferred interactions within their circle. recently i got into a really, really great family and understood that's how things should work. you're not supposed to feel uncomfortable and a hindrance while playing, so i suggest either focusing the most on friends around your muse (for me, they made a difference) or leaving the family altogether. either way, i hope you find an environment where you'll feel comfortable playing, anon.
