da i'm kind of worried about bringing an ""old"" muse there since that's all i play. obviously in this universe they'd all be near the same age but i worry that wouldn't matter and no one would play with them

old gy mun! this is why I think having professor spots would be nice, but I'll also argue that having unique and uncommon faces in au (in contrast to non-au) might not be as hard as you might think! give it a try, I say!

anyone that doesn't want to play with them isn't worth playing with tbh. it's au, doesn't matter how old the real is bc it has nothing to do with rl. whatever age you say they are is what the are. it's fiction that is in no way emulating rl

+1 they're just a character, but since non-au is so prevalent these days i wouldn't be shocked if muns were incapable of separating it even if it is literally just a person's face and personality in a completely different setting that has nothing else to do with the real.

da just to add, there are already older faces there so even if the others don't quite get au, at least you would have people that do get it
