from what i read on the code push page, that would have meant adding to the already dated code the site is built on. they want to overhaul all the old code that they ported over from lj so that they can start pushing out features they aren't able to do with the site as it is.

even with the same faces you can have different dynamics. i’ve unintentionally had multiples of the same pairing before, but why should it matter? if i’m giving both lines the same amount of effort and attention i don’t see a problem with it.

if you really want a specific pairing, you'll have a better chance at finding one that sticks if you "dupe".

like at the same time? i’ve done that before but rarely on purpose, usually it’s a popular ship in the circle where i play and the other mun chooses it when we’re talking faces. i also psl a lot of au so the lines will feel very distinct regardless of faces. i also wouldn’t be upset or take it personally if a mun i played with doubled up with a different muse.

and i agree with an anon below that lasting lines are so hard to find that the actual time in which both lines overlap will probably be very short. one of them is likely going to flake so why worry?
